Physical books
Our meal plans and wellness guides are printed books. They are delivered to your shipping address and are not supplied as PDF downloads.
Shipping address
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including any apartment or suite number. Your billing address may be different from your shipping address. Our current checkout supports U.S. addresses.
Shipping rates and timing
Shipping charges and delivery estimates will be provided before an order can be completed. They are not currently calculated in checkout, and ordering and payment remain unavailable. Contact support for delivery questions.
Address corrections
If you need to correct an address after placing an order, contact support with your order number and the correct address as soon as possible. We may not be able to change an address once an order has shipped.
Missing, incorrect, or damaged books
